In Stock Items: 

Our “in-stock” items are typically printed and shipped in 7 - 10 business days (unless noted in the description). If the availability of any part of your “in-stock” order changes, we will let you know.  We can then place a “special order” for you.

 

Special Order:

We can produce a “special order” for you for many pieces that you see on our site.  For an additional fee, we can also custom design items we do not have currently in the store. "Special orders" are cut for you by our manufacturer and the turn-around time will vary depending on the item/s.

 

Shipping: 

We ship via US Postal Service and there is a flat $6.50 shipping charge and free shipping for orders over $100.

 

Returns & Exchanges: 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know.  We will do our best to remedy the issue with exchange or store credit. Complete the General Contact Form on our website, including your invoice # and stating what you would like to exchange for (color, size, etc.) if that is your preference.
